Check out these simple summer layouts using Echo Park's "Summer Days" paper line!
I did the pages first with patterned paper, the element sticker sheet & Alphabet stickers.
then came the easy part...taking the pictures here at Summer in the City:-) and then adding them... here is what they look like now:-)
I did go through the matching Chipboard and Brads and just added a little to the pages:-) I really liked this idea alot! At first it took a little thinking when I looked at my photos and see what would fit on which page, but once again - printing photos from home was a great advantage, I could look and print what I wanted, I think I printed only 2 additional photos I did not use.
Whether you like to "pre-scrap" your pages or "scrap" them after the fact - I hope you take LOTS of amazing pics this summer and create LOTS of beautiful Layouts:-)
I hope you feel inspired!

These turned out great Sharon. I've always been nervous to pre-scrap. I think just jumping in and doing it could be a lot of fun though. It gets you scrapping at the very least, and would speed up the process once you finally have photos to add.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sherri, I have a number of customers who take this approach to their scrapbooks, so I wanted to give it a shot. I did find that if you leave the sticker backings on some of them (so they can overlap photos later) and just "Scraplifting" some layout ideas, they came together quickly...I did it again with Fancy Pants, Beach Babe - almost done those layouts & hope to post them this week as well:-)
